You can also stay oceanside, oceanside homes are located east of the beach road but have usable lots between or oceanfront homes between them and the beach. Depending how wide the east side of beach road is, distance to the beach may vary. Some homes in more narrow towns may be less than 50 feet away, while others in wider towns may be much farther.
